Lately a number of my submissions to various groups have been declined because the mods saw that they had Cheezburger Network watermarks and assumed they were stolen. To clarify, they have the Cheezburger watermark because I created them in my Cheezburger account or posted them there before posting them here.

Last night I decided that, as much as I hate spoilers, it’s futile to try hiding from all of them when it comes to the season premiere, so I went ahead and looked at some basic synopses and images from it. I pretty much facepalmed when I saw it. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; I wish they’d just give us a nice slice-of-life plot for a season premiere/finale once in a while, or at least some big event that DOESN’T involve a huge crisis that threatens the fate of Equestria. This has been eating at me for a long time: people saying my memes aren't art. Let me tell all of you something: EVERYTHING is art depending on who you ask. Art is about expression, and the interpretation of it is all a matter of opinion. If you just throw a bucket of paint on a canvas, that's not what I myself would consider to be art, but plenty of people would adamantly disagree and call it a masterpiece. Everything is art depending on who you ask, and on the same level everything is NOT art depending on who you ask. An abstract artist might think nothing is art EXCEPT a bunch of paint randomly splattered on a canvas.

Overused Fic Elements
Just to vent a bit, I've decided to list all the things that I think need to be used a lot less in RPs and fanfics; even if they don't stop, they at least need to be tuned down a lot because they are not canon but everyone seems to think they are:
1) Sequels and spinoffs of My Little Dashie
2) The idea that Derpy is obsessed with muffins. Seriously, she only said the word "muffins" one time, and it wasn't even a random statement; she said it while admiring a tray of free MUFFINS. The statement was completely relevant to the context and yet everyone thinks that's all she ever thinks of.
3) Cupcakes alternate endings
4) The idea of Dr Hoove
